The North Olmsted Community Reinvestment Area shall consist of all parcels of land within <br />the corporate limits of the City. Upon the inclusion of any new territory within the corporate <br />limits of the City, Council may include such new territory into the North Olmsted Community <br />Reinvestment Area if Council has made the findings and determinations required by Ohio R.C. <br />3735.65 with respect to such new territory. <br />171.03 TAX EXEMPTIONS. <br />Within the North Olmsted Community Reinvestment Area, tax exemptions for improvements <br />to real property within the meaning of Ohio R.C. 3735.67(D) may, subject to compliance with <br />Section 171.06, be granted pursuant to the following schedule: <br />Term (Years) <br />Activity Eligible for Exemption <br />(a) Dwellings containing not more than two 10 <br />family units upon which the cost of remodeling <br />is at least two thousand five hundred dollars <br />($2,500) <br />(b) Dwellings containing more than two 12 <br />family units, and commercial and industrial <br />properties upon which the cost of remodeling is <br />at least five thousand dollars ($5,000) <br />(c) For construction of every multi- family 15 <br />dwelling of ten units or more, commercial or <br />industrial structure (except structures used <br />primarily for making retail sales). <br />The North Olmsted Housing Council established pursuant to Section 171.05 shall adopt rules <br />for the purpose of determining what constitutes an establishment used primarily in making retail <br />
