SECTION 1: That the forinal RFP process required by Chapter 112 of the <br />Administrative Code is hereby dispensed with by reason of the ongoing professional services <br />offered by The Go21T Group by Agreement with the City of North Olmsted, and that the <br />Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a Contract, said Contract shall be <br />substantially in the form of the "Statement of Work," marked as Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, with only such changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which <br />are approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being <br />substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the <br />agreement by the Mayor and the approval of the agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so as to <br />provide continuing, adequate support for the computer network within the City, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two - thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 1 _ i 'fit / First Reading: n6� 3�, < <br />Second Reading : � e <br />Third Reading:; t, ? <br />Committee., 1 <br />ATTEST.• <br />t � <br />i <br />ARE ILO <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 0 /fit, bv <br />��, -2 /, <br />MAYOR KEVIN M.
