Council Minutes of 12 -16 -2014 <br />entitled "Massage Establishments" in order to update regulations, limit hours of <br />operation, and to clarify exemption for professionals licensed by the State of Ohio, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2014 -100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into collective bargaining <br />agreements with the Fraternal Order of Police ( "FOP ") /Ohio Labor Council, for the <br />Police Officers and Corrections Officers, for the period January 1, 2015 through <br />December 31, 2017, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Jones announced a special Council meeting for Thursday December <br />18, 2014 at 7:15 p.m. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday December 18, <br />2014 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2014 -100. The Mayor is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday December 18, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2014 -99. The Law <br />Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Williamson. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Councilwoman Williamson excused 6 — 0. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Jones adjourned the Council meeting at 8:51 p.m. <br />Marie hallo, Clerk of Council <br />Nicole Dailey Jones, ent of Council <br />3 <br />
