Special Council Minutes of 12 -18 -2014 <br />recommend the reappointment. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney, and the committee voted 2 -0 to recommend the reappointment. <br />Councilwoman Hemarm made a motion to reappoint Thomas Dubowski to the <br />Landmarks Commission for the term January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Thomas <br />Dubowski reappointed to the Landmarks Commission by a vote of 5 -0. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance 2014 -92 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $2,050,000 of Notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and <br />facilities in the city's Recreation Center Complex and improving and equipping their site, <br />together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman <br />Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance 2014 -92 adopted 5 -0. <br />Ordinance 2014 -93 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $385,000 of Notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving the <br />city's storm water drainage system by replacing a culvert in Windsor Drive, together with <br />work incidental thereto. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2014 -93 adopted <br />5 -0. <br />Ordinance 2014 -94 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $245,000 of Notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring mowers, <br />utility vehicles, a fertilizer spreader, a top dresser, a turbine blower, a roller and other <br />equipment for use at the city's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility. <br />Councilman Kearney moved for adoption.
