As follow -up to our phone conversation, can you provide a few bullet points explaining the additional scope required for "Full - Detail /Hands -On" vs. "Routine" inspections. It will help us explain and answer questions in the council committee meeting. For example: 1. Measure and map seams, joints, etc... 2. Document leaks 3. Deal with new ODOT reporting system 4. Etc... I am sending the Structural Cost Proposal for 2015 for the 14 N. Olmsted structures. Please note that we began this in 2010 and that every 5th year a Full Detail or hands -on inspection is required by the state. Hence, the proposal reflects that full detail inspection. Please let me know if we can proceed as usual with the inspections. Also, if you have any questions or concerns about the proposal, please let me know.
