Council Minutes of 02-17-2015 <br /> seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-10 adopted <br /> 5-0. <br /> Resolution 2015-15 introduced by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and <br /> Councilman Schumann was given its second reading. A Resolution approving and <br /> adopting the 2015 Master Plan for the City of North Olmsted. <br /> Ordinance 2015-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br /> City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2015, and declaring an <br /> emergency. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br /> Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Monday, February 23, <br /> 2015 and Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2015-16 which is <br /> the 2015 budget. Council and the Administration are asked to attend. <br /> Council President Jones scheduled a special Council meeting for Wednesday, February <br /> 25, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Councilman Schumann made a motion to excuse the absence of Council members <br /> Brossard and Limpert. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br /> unanimously.
