Spalding <br /> and Herwick reappointed 5-0. <br /> AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> No comments. <br /> LEGISLATION <br /> Resolution 2015-1 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br /> Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br /> of a contract to provide asphalt resurfacing and related repairs upon city streets, as <br /> detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, <br /> following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br /> best bidder. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br /> by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-1 adopted 5-0. <br /> Resolution 2015-2 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading.
