Council Minutes of 05-06-2015 Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-34 adopted 6-0. Resolution 2015-36 introduced by Councilman Kearney on behalf of himself and Council members Barker, Brossard, Hemann, Limpert, Schumann and Williamson. A Resolution urging the Governor of Ohio and the Ohio General Assembly to change or enact state law that ensures greater accountability for Ohio's charter/community schools and responsible funding for traditional public schools and declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in Intragovernmental Relations Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Terry Groden, 25211 Chase Drive thanked Council for this Resolution on behalf of himself, the Board of Education and the school district. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-36 adopted 6-0. Resolution 2015-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a WOW Business Customer Agreement to provide dedicated interne access to City Hall, the Police Station, Fire Stations 1 and 2, the Recreation Center, Senior Center, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Springvale Golf Course, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2015-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution proclaiming July as Parks and Recreation Month in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Schumann scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Gan ley Honda. The Planning/Development Director and applicant are asked to attend. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2015-37. The Mayor is asked to attend Councilman Brossard scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:25 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2015-38, Springvale Master Plan and Recreation Center preliminary Master Plan. The Mayor and Planning/Development Director are asked to attend. Councilman Barker made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Hemann. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Hemann excused 6-0. 6
