Council Minutes of 09-01-2015 City of North Olmsted entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Ordinance 2015-76 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1123 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Ordinance 2015-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1315 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Board of Building Code Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Ordinance 2015-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the submission of an amendment to the electors of the City of North Olmsted to Article IX, Section 4 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted to eliminate the necessity of a primary election in the event that more than six (6) candidates file a petition for nomination of a candidate for the office of Council at-Large, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Jones announced a Public Hearing for Ordinance 2015-76 on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2015-72. The Safety/Service Director is asked to attend. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2015-70 and Resolution 2015-71. The Safety/Service Director is asked to attend. Council President Jones scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2014-64 (deer management legislation). Council President Jones scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. for Council professional development. The guest will be Dr. Keller. With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, President Jones adjourned the Council meeting at approximately 8:39 p.m. 7
