Council Minutes of 10-20-2015 Code entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Ordinance 2015-77 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1315 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Board of Building Code Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Resolution 2015-92 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering consulting services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2015-93 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Aladtec, Inc. to provide hardware, software, maintenance and training for a workforce management system consisting of an employee time, attendance and scheduling program, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance 2015-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2015, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2015-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", for the purpose of updating fee schedules, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2015-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 2016, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2015-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Law to request the court to amend the judgment entry so that, as modified, the judgment entry would provide that parcel 1A (236-11-009) may additionally be used for hotel and restaurant purposes, subject to all other provisions of the judgment entry and further subject to the provisions of the City of North Olmsted Zoning Code, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee reviews as this was discussed in BZD Committee and is tied in with the Aloft Hotel project.
