Services provided include: menu/diet analysis; jail menu <br /> analysis and development; formula assistance; group and individual <br /> education/training. <br /> Program.Inquiries.and Resp.anses.(in hours)* 5 <br /> FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES <br /> The Family Planning program provides preventive health care services such as <br /> education and counseling; screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and <br /> HIV; pregnancy diagnosis and counseling; contraceptive methods and/or <br /> prescriptions for contraceptive supplies, when applicable; other medications; and <br /> basic infertility services. Services are available to adolescents, women and men of <br /> reproductive age and offered at the CCBH Parma clinic. <br /> Program.1 nqu iries.and Respanses.(in hours)* 29 <br /> HIV/STD.Counseling 1. <br /> RYAN WHITE PART A GRANT <br /> This program provides HIV-related services to those living with HIV who do not have <br /> sufficient health care coverage or financial resources for coping with HIV disease. <br /> Program goals include reducing new HIV infections, increasing access to care and <br /> improving health outcomes for people living with HIV, and reducing HIV-related health <br /> disparities and health inequities.
