Council Minutes of 11-04-2015 Resolution 2015-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. Ordinance 2015-102 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kenendy. An Ordinance dispensing with the RFP process otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et seq. of the Administrative Code and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter into a five-year agreement with the Walter H. Drane company for the purpose of providing ordinance codification services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2015-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Agreement with BIW Properties, LLC for the Aloft hotel project and partial tax abatement, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Schumann scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss two applicants and Ordinances 2015-96 and 2015-103. The Planning/Development Director is asked to attend. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 7:25 p.m. to discuss 2015-99 through 2015-102. The Finance Director and Planning/Development Director are asked to attend. Councilman Kearney made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Brossard excused 6-0.
