Council Minutes of 11-17-2015 <br /> Ordinance 2015-104 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance amending Chapter Fifteen, Title One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br /> North Olmsted entitled, "Taxation Code; Municipal Income Tax" in order to implement <br /> revised standards required by the Ohio Legislature, and declaring an emergency. <br /> Resolution 2015-105 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br /> Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br /> Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2016, all money due and owing said city from any <br /> collection source. <br /> Ordinance 2015-106 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance amending Article IV, §9 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted entitled, <br /> "Rules and Journal of Council" to eliminate references to "Minority Parties" pursuant to <br /> the nonsubstantive Charter language amendment provisions of Article XVI, §2 of the <br /> Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br /> Ordinance 2015-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> Ordinance 2015-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br /> an agreement with Physio-Control, Inc. to provide service support for Lifepak <br /> monitors/defibulators used by the Division of Fire in the City of North Olmsted, and <br /> declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rules <br /> requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br /> Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for <br /> adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed <br /> unanimously. Ordinance 2015-108 adopted 6-0. <br /> Resolution 2015-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks <br /> Productions to provide a fireworks display for the 2016 North Olmsted Fourth of July <br /> celebration. <br /> Resolution 2015-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br /> Hemann on behalf of herself and Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution proclaiming November <br /> as Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br /> declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann made a motion to suspend the rules <br /> requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br /> Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Hemann moved for <br /> adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br /> Resolution 2015-110 adopted 6-0. <br /> Ordinance 2015-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br /> Schumann. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North <br /> Olmsted to alter left turn restrictions onto Butternut Ridge Road at Revere Drive in the <br /> City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
