Council Minutes of 03-01-2016 the Springvale Ballroom and Golf Course Phase I Renovations Project, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2016-21 was introduced by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and the entire City Council. A Resolution commending the achievement by Brock Albert of the Arrow of Light Award in Cub Scouting. Councilwoman Williamson suspended the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously.
