An <br /> Ordinance amending Section 149.02 of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of reassigning the <br /> duties of the Clerk of Commissions, and declaring an emergency. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br /> Council President Jones announced a Public Hearing for Ordinance 2016-36 scheduled <br /> for Tuesday May 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 26, <br /> 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2016-46, 2016-48 and 2016-50. The Finance Director and <br /> Planning& Director are asked to attend. <br /> Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting for <br /> Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss 2016-47. The Planning & Development <br /> Director is asked to attend. <br /> Councilman Schumann scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 26, <br /> 2016 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss 2016-49.
