NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Sections 109.02, which presently reads as follows: <br />109.02 DEFINITIONS. <br />As used in this chapter: <br />(a) "Clerk" means the following municipal employees for the meetings of the following <br />municipal bodies: <br />(1) Clerk of Commissions for all municipal bodies except as otherwise provided in this <br />paragraph (a) of Section 109.02; <br />(2) Clerk of Council for the City Council, all Council Committees, the Ethics Commission, all <br />Assessment Equalization Boards, and the Charter Review Commission; <br />(3) Community Life Services Department Secretary for the Community Life Services <br />Advisory Board; <br />(4) Law Department Legal Secretary for the Fair Housing Review Board; <br />(5) Mayor's Secretary for the Board of Control, the Housing Council, and the Tax Incentive <br />Review Council; and <br />(6) Recreation Commission Secretary for the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />(7) Human Resources Department Secretary for the Civil Service Commission. <br />(b) 'Day" means a calendar day. <br />(c) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of a Municipal body by a <br />majority of the members of the Municipal body. <br />(d) "Municipal body" means each of the following: <br />(1) Council; <br />(2) The Board of Zoning Appeals; <br />(3) The Board of Building Code Appeals; <br />(4) The Planning and Design Commission; <br />(5) The Civil Service Commission; <br />(6) Assessment Equalization Boards; <br />(7) The Parks and Recreation Commission; <br />(8) The Board of Control; <br />(9) The Community Life Services Advisory Board; <br />(10) The Landmarks Commission; <br />(11) The Cultural Activities Commission; <br />(12) The Housing Council; <br />(13) The Tax Incentive Review Council; <br />(14) The Fair Housing Review Board; <br />(15) The Ethics Commission; <br />(16) The Charter Review Commission; <br />(17) Any other board or commission created by the Charter or by City ordinance; <br />(18) Any committee of any of the above municipal bodies comprised of members of such <br />bodies if such committee is: <br />2 <br />
