Council Minutes of 05-17-2016 Ordinance 2016-48 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending various sections of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of (1) removing reference to abolished boards and commissions; and (2) reassigning duties previously undertaken by the abolished position of Clerk of Commissions; and (3) updating employee titles, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-48 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2016-49 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending various sections of Part Seven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Business Regulation Code" for the limited purpose of changing the "Board of Building Code Appeals" and "Board of Zoning Appeals" to the "Building and Zoning Board of Appeals" and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-49 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2016-50 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 149.02 of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of reassigning the duties of the Clerk of Commissions, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-50 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2016-51 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 915.06 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to authorize the Director of Public Service to adjust user charges for the use of the municipal sanitary sewer system, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance 2016-52 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 109.06 of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of (1) removing reference to abolished boards and commissions; and (2) reassigning duties previously undertaken by the abolished position of Clerk of Commissions; and (3) updating employee titles, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2016-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017, and submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer and its Budget Commission, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2016-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and declaring an emergency. 5
