A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public
Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services
for the Pine Basin Drainage Project, as detailed in the specifications on file with the City
Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to
contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder.
Resolution 2016-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President
Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy.
