NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Sections 1101.02(e); 1101.07(d)(3); 1115.02(5) & (71); 1115.07(d); 1117.02(a); 1121.99(a); 1126.04(c) & (d); 1141.02(b); 1145.03(f)(1); 1163.08; 1165.02(b)(1); and 1165.03(a), 1115.02(28), (69) & (71) of the City of North Olmsted Planning and Zoning Code referencing the "Board of Zoning Appeals" or "Zoning Board of Appeals" shall be amended and, as amended, shall reference the "Building and Zoning Board of Appeals" in their place. SECTION 2: That any reference in the North Olmsted Planning and Zoning Code to the Board of Zoning Appeals not specifically referenced in Section 1 herein shall also be amended to reference the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals instead of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
