North Olmsted to cause such demolition to proceed pursuant to NOCO § 1363.108.1 to <br />protect the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter an <br />agreement with or contract for the service of a demolition contractor, as necessary to <br />secure the services of such a demolition contractor recommended by the Planning & <br />Development Director, to provide for and proceed with the razing of all dangerous <br />buildings located at 30399 Lorain Road, City of North Olmsted, which contract shall be <br />in a legal form and contain substance deemed necessary by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed, with the <br />assistance and direction of the Director of Finance and the Director of Law, to certify the <br />entire cost of demolition, including the cost of service, all interest and penalties allowed <br />by law, together with a proper legal description of the premises at 30399 Lorain Road, <br />North Olmsted, to the office of the Cuyahoga County Auditor, which shall thereby <br />constitute a tax lien vested and granted priority pursuant to NOCO §§ 1363.108.7 and <br />1364.107.4 and Ohio Revised Code §§ 715.26 and 715.261. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward <br />a copy of this Ordinance by certified mail to the property owner, lienholders and all other <br />persons having an interest in the property, as the names and addresses appear in the <br />records of the Building Commissioner and the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />SECTION 5: That this Council finds that sufficient funds have been appropriated <br />for the expenditures relating to the subject demolition and removal service contract, <br />which shall not exceed the amount of $25,000.00, and hereby approves payments to be <br />made by the Director of Finance that are consistent with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 6.
