Council Minutes of 10-04-2016 <br />requirements of the Ohio EPA associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit program requirements. <br />Ordinance 2016-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance replacing existing Chapter 928 (Post Construction Stormwater Management <br />Regulations) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code with new Chapter 928 <br />(Comprehensive Stormwater Management) to meet new and updated requirements of the <br />Ohio EPA associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br />permit program requirements. <br />Resolution 2016-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department. <br />Resolution 2016-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City to apply for an <br />Assistance to Firefighters Grant for the purpose of obtaining funds to acquire a <br />replacement fire apparatus (truck); further authorizing the Mayor, if the application is <br />granted, to enter into an agreement with the appropriate agency to accept said grant <br />funds, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the <br />rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2016-99 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2016-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 2017. <br />Resolution 2016-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution declaring a moratorium on the issuance of building, zoning or engineering <br />permits for wireless telecommunication facilities in the public right-of-way; and further <br />prohibiting any license, similar use permit, variance or development plan approval for <br />said facilities; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann made a motion to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Schumann <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution 2016-101 adopted 6-0. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolutions 2016-93, 2016-98 & <br />2016-100. The Safety & Service Director and Law Director are asked to attend. <br />
