Resolution 2016-87 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2016-88 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to solicit bids for the <br />demolition and removal of dangerous buildings located at 30399 Lorain Road as a public <br />nuisance; and further authorizing the costs to be certified as a tax lien upon said real <br />property pursuant to Section 1363.108 of the Codified Ordinances, and declaring an <br />emergency. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with John Patrick Picard <br />Architect, Inc., to provide additional professional design services to the City for the <br />Recreation Center Master Planning Study, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2016-91 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the formal Request for Qualifications (R.F.Q.) process and <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Jeffrey A. Grusenmeyer & <br />Associates, Inc. in order to provide continuing professional services as the Building <br />Commissioner of the City of North Olmsted and as Plans Examiner, on a part-time basis. <br />Ordinance 2016-94 introduced by Councilman Brossard was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />eliminate the "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Dover Center and Mill Road for traffic <br />traveling in an easterly direction on Mill Road and turning south onto Dover Center <br />Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2016-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to negotiate the sale of <br />city owned real property identified as PPN 234-12-052, vacant land located at 6652 <br />Charles Road, and subject to review and approval by the Director of Law, authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into an agreement with a purchaser, and further requiring that the net <br />proceeds from the sale shall be directed into the Building and Land Acquisition and <br />Improvement Fund. <br />Ordinance 2016-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy.
