Council Minutes of 09-20-2016 <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2016-92 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2016-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2016-94 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Brossard. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />eliminate the "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Dover Center and Mill Road for traffic <br />traveling in an easterly direction on Mill Road and turning south onto Dover Center <br />Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, September <br />27, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2016-90 and Resolution 2016-91. The <br />Finance Director and Planning & Development Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2016-94. The Safety & <br />Service Director is asked to attend. <br />Council President Jones announced that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, <br />October 11, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. regarding Ordinance 2016-75. <br />Councilman Schumann scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2016-75.
