from time to time adjust the weekly schedule of the Building Commissioner by <br />increasing or decreasing the number of hours required in a particular week in <br />accordance with work flows in the Division. <br />(f) BUILDING COMMISSIONER shall work such adjusted schedule so long as (1) <br />it does not interfere with previous assignments and management responsibilities, <br />and (2) the average number of hours worked per week over an extended period of <br />time does not exceed the weekly hours provided for in the regular schedule set <br />forth above. BUILDING COMMISSIONER shall be available to attend <br />occasional evening meetings as directed and/or authorized by the Director of <br />Planning and Development. <br />(g) BUILDING COMMISSIONER shall document time devoted to fulfilling the <br />obligations imposed upon (1) Building Commissioner; and (2) Master Plans <br />Examiner. The minimum required time outlined herein are intended to include <br />time spent fulfilling obligations imposed upon Building Commissioner and not <br />inclusive of time devoted to status as a Master Plans Examiner. <br />(h) BUILDING COMMISSIONER's duties shall include supervision of the Division <br />of Building with respect to all duties and missions of the Division, including but <br />not limited to building permit and inspection services in compliance with Ohio <br />Building Code and as a Building Department certified by the Ohio Board of <br />Building Standards. BUILDING COMMISSIONER shall supervise said Division <br />staff in performance of all duties imposed by Code, including but not limited to <br />zoning, property maintenance inspection, condemnation and nuisance abatement. <br />1.3 In performing such basic services, BUILDING COMMISSIONER shall be <br />provided all support necessary to perform such services in a competent and professional manner, <br />including onsite City Hall campus office space, staff, secretarial and other clerical services, <br />materials and supplies, and all technological support reasonably to be expected from a competent <br />and professional building official. BUILDING COMMISSIONER's performance of Additional <br />Services may be conducted at off-site facilities, the office and staffing costs for which shall be <br />BUILDING COMMISSIONER's sole cost. <br />SECTION 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. <br />
