Permanent Parcel Nos. 232-34-017 in its entirety, and a portion of 232-34-016, located in the vicinity <br />of Root Road and Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be, zoned for General Retail Business <br />District. A true and accurate copy of the legal description for said parcels, as well as a map depicting <br />the parcels, is attached to this Ordinance as, respectively, Exhibits "A" and "B." <br />SECTION 2: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zone Map will disclose that the zoning <br />classification of the land identified and described in Section 1 hereof has been changed from One <br />Family Residence B to General Retail Business District, and that said parcels of land may be <br />thereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the regulations provided in the <br />General Retail Business District of the City pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted as they may be from time to time amended. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: rVr A(-1 11 ?(IC, <br />(IC <br />MATTE <br />! <br />
