CCBH 2016 SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT City of North Olmsted Page 8 <br />ADVANCING HEALTH IMPACT ASSESSMENT (HIA) <br />To advance HIA in Greater Cleveland, the Program will build capacity by 1) training <br />and education; 2) putting HIA into practice; and 3) establishing strong collaboration <br />and coordination efforts. Through this advancement, there will be two pilot HIA <br />projects completed in Greater Cleveland, technical support by Human Impact <br />Partners, support of a mutli-sector HIA team, networks to engage the community and <br />a foundational infrastructure for the utilization of HIA as a tool for integrating health <br />and equality considerations into decision making in Greater Cleveland. <br />Program.lnquiri,es.and Respanses.(in hours)*.......................1 <br />FARM TO SCHOOL <br />Farm to School works to build sustainable relationships between growers and school <br />districts/childcare centers in order to improve access to healthy, locally -grown foods <br />and to strengthen the regional food economy. <br />Program.lnquiri.es.and Respanses.(in hours)*.......................5 <br />HEALTHY CHILDREN/HEALTHY WEIGHT (HCHW) <br />HCHW is a childhood obesity prevention program that utilizes a policy, systems and <br />environmental change approach to promote a healthy weight and growth in all <br />children from birth to five years old. The HCHW program offers 15 hours of training <br />and at least 3 technical assistance visits for early learning centers and family child <br />care homes on adopting best practices in building healthy habits, center menus, and <br />policies. Early learning programs that complete the HCHW program are eligible to <br />become designated as an Ohio Healthy Program (OHP).
