Council Minutes of 10-18-2016 execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the refunding Bonds and an Escrow Agreement with respect to the refunding of refunded Bonds, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officers Certificate. Ordinance 2016-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,450,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Barton Road and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,485,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Country Club Boulevard and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by grading, draining, constructing reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, preparing the surface and resurfacing, installing new sidewalks, decorative crosswalks, curbs, curb ramps and gutters, ornamental street lighting, vehicular and pedestrian traffic control signs, signals and devices, center islands and landscape planting and other site, streetscaping and aesthetic improvements, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,330,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's traffic control system, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation, by acquiring and installing signals and other equipment and devices to direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the City, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the Bonds.
