Council Minutes of 10-18-2016 <br />execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure <br />Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the refunding Bonds and an <br />Escrow Agreement with respect to the refunding of refunded Bonds, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,450,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Barton Road <br />and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by reconstructing <br />and rehabilitating the pavement base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch <br />basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where <br />necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a <br />Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase <br />Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of <br />the Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,485,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Country Club <br />Boulevard and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by <br />grading, draining, constructing reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, <br />preparing the surface and resurfacing, installing new sidewalks, decorative crosswalks, <br />curbs, curb ramps and gutters, ornamental street lighting, vehicular and pedestrian traffic <br />control signs, signals and devices, center islands and landscape planting and other site, <br />streetscaping and aesthetic improvements, where necessary, in each case together with <br />the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution <br />and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a <br />Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal <br />Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,330,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />traffic control system, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation, by <br />acquiring and installing signals and other equipment and devices to direct and control the <br />flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the City, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of <br />a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase <br />Agreement with respect to the Bonds. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the <br />Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $540,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and facilities in <br />the City's Recreation Center Complex and improving and equipping their site, together <br />with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the <br />10 <br />
