Council Minutes of 10-18-2016 <br />execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure <br />Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt <br />of the Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $720,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />sanitary sewer system by renovating, re-equipping and otherwise improving the City's <br />Bradley Road Pump Station and its site, together with all necessary appurtenances and <br />work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar <br />Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. <br />Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $3,250,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom Facility by constructing, equipping and otherwise <br />improving a maintenance and storage building, renovating, remodeling, adding to, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Clubhouse and Ballroom and <br />constructing, equipping and otherwise improving a pavilion with a paved and landscaped <br />patio area, in each case together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a <br />Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman <br />Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officers Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-115 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending and re-establishing Section 505.071 entitled "Cruelty to Companion <br />Animals" of Chapter Five of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in <br />order to incorporate new standards and penalties adopted by state law, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance 2016-116 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending various sections of Chapter Nine Fifty of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted titled "Urban Forest" for the purpose of (1) removing <br />reference to the previously abolished Architectural Review Board; and (2) reassigning, <br />when appropriate, duties previously assigned to the now -abolished board, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution 2016-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2017, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2016-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending Sections 8 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2002-103 which, inter alia, <br />established fees and charges for emergency medical services rendered by the North <br />Olmsted Fire Department, in order to provide for those revenues received for all services <br />
