Council Minutes of 10-18-2016 <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department. <br />Resolution 2016-100 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 2017. <br />Ordinance 2016-102 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $3,075,000 for the purpose of refunding for debt service savings the <br />$3,075,000 of the City's outstanding Capital Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series <br />2006D, dated as of June 29, 2006, that are stated to mature on December 1, 2020 and <br />were issued for the purpose of advance refunding certain of the City's then outstanding <br />Library Improvement Bonds, Series 2001, dated as of May 1, 2001, and issued for the <br />purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a free public <br />library building and acquiring, preparing, landscaping and otherwise improving its site; <br />authorizing and directing the call of all of the refunded Bonds for optional redemption; <br />authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing <br />Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the refunding <br />Bonds and an Escrow Agreement with respect to the refunding of refunded Bonds, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officers <br />Certificate. <br />Ordinance 2016-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,370,000 for the purpose of refunding for debt service savings the <br />$1,370,000 of the City's outstanding Recreational Facilities Refunding Bonds, Series <br />2006C, that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years from 2017 through <br />2021 and were issued as a part of a consolidated issue of $19,645,000 Capital <br />Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2006C; authorizing and directing the call of all of <br />the refunded Bonds for optional redemption; authorizing the execution and delivery of a <br />Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase <br />Agreement with respect to the refunding Bonds and an Escrow Agreement with respect to <br />the refunding of refunded Bonds, and declaring an emergency. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $277,000 for the purpose of refunding for debt service savings the <br />$277,000 of the City's outstanding Recreation Center Improvement Refunding Bonds, <br />Series 2006H, that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years from 2017 <br />through 2020 and were issued as a part of a consolidated issue of $19,645,000 Capital <br />Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2006C; authorizing and directing the call of all of <br />the refunded Bonds for optional redemption; authorizing the execution and delivery of a <br />Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase <br />Agreement with respect to the refunding Bonds and an Escrow Agreement with respect to <br />the refunding of refunded Bonds, and declaring an emergency.
