Council Minutes of 11-01-2016 <br />Ordinance 2016-96 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance replacing existing Chapter 927 (Storm Water Management and Urban <br />Sediment Pollution Abatement Systems) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code <br />with new Chapter 927 (Erosion and Sediment Control) to meet new and updated <br />requirements of the Ohio EPA associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit program requirements. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2016-96 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-97 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance replacing existing Chapter 928 (Post Construction Stormwater Management <br />Regulations) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code with new Chapter 928 <br />(Comprehensive Stormwater Management) to meet new and updated requirements of the <br />Ohio EPA associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br />permit program requirements. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-97 <br />adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2016-98 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2016-75 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2016-100 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 2017. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />2016-75 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-102 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $3,075,000 for the purpose of refunding for debt service savings the <br />$3,075,000 of the City's outstanding Capital Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series <br />2006D, dated as of June 29, 2006, that are stated to mature on December 1, 2020 and <br />were issued for the purpose of advance refunding certain of the City's then outstanding <br />Library Improvement Bonds, Series 2001, dated as of May 1, 2001, and issued for the <br />purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a free public <br />library building and acquiring, preparing, landscaping and otherwise improving its site; <br />authorizing and directing the call of all of the refunded Bonds for optional redemption; <br />authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing <br />Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the refunding <br />Bonds and an Escrow Agreement with respect to the refunding of refunded Bonds, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2016-103 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading.
