Council Minutes of 11-01-2016 <br />and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a <br />Bond Purchase Agreement. <br />Ordinance 2016-111 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,330,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />traffic control system, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation, by <br />acquiring and installing signals and other equipment and devices to direct and control the <br />flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the City, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of <br />a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase <br />Agreement with respect to the Bonds. <br />Ordinance 2016-112 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $540,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and facilities in <br />the City's Recreation Center Complex and improving and equipping their site, together <br />with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the <br />execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure <br />Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. <br />Ordinance 2016-113 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $720,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />sanitary sewer system by renovating, re-equipping and otherwise improving the City's <br />Bradley Road Pump Station and its site, together with all necessary appurtenances and <br />work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar <br />Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. <br />Ordinance 2016-114 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $3,250,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's <br />Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom Facility by constructing, equipping and otherwise <br />improving a maintenance and storage building, renovating, remodeling, adding to, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Clubhouse and Ballroom and <br />constructing, equipping and otherwise improving a pavilion with a paved and landscaped <br />patio area, in each case together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a <br />Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. <br />Ordinance 2016-115 introduced by Councilwoman Williamson was given its second <br />reading. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Section 505.071 entitled "Cruelty to <br />Companion Animals" of Chapter Five of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted in order to incorporate new standards and penalties adopted by state law, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings as this was discussed in the Public Safety, Health and Welfare <br />Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />
