Council Minutes of 11-01-2016 Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-115 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2016-116 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending various sections of Chapter Nine Fifty of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Urban Forest" for the purpose of (1) removing reference to the previously abolished Architectural Review Board; and (2) reassigning, when appropriate, duties previously assigned to the now -abolished board, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2016-117 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2017, all money due and owing said city from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2016-118 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Sections 8 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2002-103 which, inter alia, established fees and charges for emergency medical services rendered by the North Olmsted Fire Department, in order to provide for those revenues received for all services rendered to be paid fifty percent (50%) into the General Fund and fifty percent (50%) into the Emergency Medical Services Fund. Ordinance 2016-119 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and all of Council was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 955.02 of Chapter 955 Sale of Surplus Personal Property of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted regarding the procedure for sale of surplus property. Ordinance 2016-120 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make appropriations for capital improvements for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2017. Ordinance 2016-121 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and Council President Jones and Councilman Barker was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 351.11 of Chapter 351 (Parking Generally) of the Traffic Code, entitled "Parking of Unauthorized Vehicles in Residential and Business Districts; Impounding" in order to prohibit parking of trucks and to otherwise regulate parking vehicles on residential property. Ordinance 2016-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2017, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2016-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel for 2016 to adjust the salary range for the Maintenance and Event Coordinator positions in the Division of Springvale Golf Course (Section 9) to meet federal guidelines; to adjust the salary range for Mayor's Court Support Personnel (Section 4) for E
