Council Minutes of 11-15-2016 rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings as this was discussed in the Finance Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. An Ordinance to allow the upgrade of traffic signals and signal systems along Lorain Road (SR -10) in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of 5,000 tons of stone for various service department needs throughout the City as detailed in the specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder(s) to purchase said stone, after Board of Control approval. Resolution 2016-126 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. Resolution 2016-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with Cuyahoga County/The Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works for the purpose of sharing costs associated with a culvert replacement on Bradley Road where it crosses over French Creek.
