Council Minutes of 11-15-2016 <br />an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-116 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2016-117 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2017, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />2016-117 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-118 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Sections 8 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2002-103 which, inter alia, <br />established fees and charges for emergency medical services rendered by the North <br />Olmsted Fire Department, in order to provide for those revenues received for all services <br />rendered to be paid fifty percent (50%) into the General Fund and fifty percent (50%) <br />into the Emergency Medical Services Fund. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />2016-118 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-119 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and all of <br />Council was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 955.02 of Chapter <br />955 Sale of Surplus Personal Property of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted regarding the procedure for sale of surplus property. Councilman Barker moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance 2016-119 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-120 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance to make appropriations for capital improvements for the City of North <br />Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2017. Councilman Kearney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2016-120 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-121 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself and Council <br />President Jones and Councilman Barker was given its third reading. An Ordinance <br />amending Section 351.11 of Chapter 351 (Parking Generally) of the Traffic Code, <br />entitled "Parking of Unauthorized Vehicles in Residential and Business Districts; <br />Impounding" in order to prohibit parking of trucks and to otherwise regulate parking <br />vehicles on residential property. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilwoman Williams and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-121 <br />adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2016-123 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel for 2016 to adjust the salary range for the Maintenance and Event Coordinator <br />positions in the Division of Springvale Golf Course (Section 9) to meet federal <br />guidelines; to adjust the salary range for Mayor's Court Support Personnel (Section 4) for <br />uniformity; to adjust the 2017 salary range for part-time Dispatchers (Section 8) to be <br />competitive with surrounding communities; and to otherwise restate the compensation <br />Co <br />
