➢ Market Statistics and Demographics <br />The city of North Olmsted is interested in receiving current market and demographics data for existing <br />businesses in the city and labor draw area as well as market data for businesses/industries interested in <br />locating in Northeast Ohio. <br />Performance measure: <br />o Provide and maintain updated market, industry, and demographic analyses through up-to-date <br />research. <br />➢ Manage Business Development Projects <br />For those companies that have an interest in expanding or locating in the city, MB3 will provide <br />complete project management assistance. We have been involved with many site selection and <br />expansion projects and know what is required to ensure that a prospect becomes a project. We will <br />coordinate the efforts of the city, but will also play a supporting role in the delivery of assistance from <br />the state of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, and other agencies as necessary. <br />Performance measure: <br />o Maintain detailed project files documenting all activities associated with each project. <br />o Positive relationship with business representatives and project partners from county, regional and <br />state agencies. <br />Budge <br />For the professional services listed above, M133 will charge a flat rate of $155 per hour. From time -to - <br />time, we may subcontract certain technical tasks such as GIS mapping in order to provide the city access <br />to the most up-to-date technology and techniques. In addition, we will charge for all reasonable out of <br />pocket expenses including, for example, travel, data purchases, printing, copying, etc. M133 will get the <br />city's approval before billing any expenses. <br />Service Term <br />The length of service will be for two years from the date of final execution of a service contract between <br />the city and M133 Consulting. <br />We will continue to work directly with you to identify and agree on all of our work tasks and to delivery <br />all work products.
