Building Permits and Certificates of Occupancy <br />Section 1119.04 Records <br />A record of all Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of Zoning Compliance, whether issued <br />or denied, shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Commissioner and a copy shall be <br />furnished on request to any person having an interest in the building or land affected. <br />Section 1119.05 Voidance <br />If the use, occupancy or operation should at any time fail to comply with the ordinances of the <br />City, conditions of the Certificate of Occupancy or conditions of the Certificate of Zoning <br />Compliance, and such failures to comply continue beyond a time fixed by the Building <br />Commissioner to cure such default, the Certificate of Occupancy or the Certificate of Zoning <br />Compliance shall become void and all rights thereunder shall terminate and the continuance of <br />the use, occupancy or operation under such certificate shall cease. <br />Page 1119-2 City of North Olmsted Zoning Code <br />
