91 Business Districts 1139.01 <br />H. Hotels and motels. <br />I. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial <br />institutions. <br />J. Gasoline service stations and automobile wash, provided that <br />no part of the lot upon which the same is located is within 500 <br />feet of any lot occupied by an existing church, public or private <br />school, playground, park, library, public building or building <br />of institutional occupancy, except where the distance is <br />intersected by a street at least sixty feet in width and no <br />alcoholic beverages are dispensed or sold on the same lot. <br />K. Bowling alleys, dance halls, pool and billiard parlors, skating <br />rinks, indoor theatres, assembly halls or other sport or <br />recreation centers, provided the buildings in which they operate <br />are sufficiently sound insulated to confine effectively the noise <br />to within the building so used. <br />L. Accessory uses customarily incident to a primary use described <br />in this section, including offstreet parking as regulated in <br />Chapter 1161 and signs as regulated in Chapter 1163. <br />M. Any and all uses permitted in Chapter 1138 subject to the <br />provisions stated therein. <br />(5) Religious uses. Facilities for religious worship and incidental <br />religious education, recreation and assembly buildings. <br />(c) Other retail service establishments as determined similar in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 1123.10. <br />(d) Permitted Buildings and Uses by Conditional Use Permit. The following uses <br />may be permitted in a General Retail Business District if a conditional use permit is issued in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1118: <br />(1) Vehicle repair establishments including engines, body and paint. <br />(2) Animal training facilities and indoor animal boarding facilities, <br />excluding kennels, provided, that, in addition to the criteria, standards <br />and conditions provided for in Chapter 1118, no such facility shall be <br />located closer than 350 feet from any residential zoning district, and <br />further provided that animal noise and odor must be effectively <br />confined to any such building so used. <br />(3) Recycling collection centers, provided, that, in addition to the criteria, <br />standards and conditions provided for in Chapter 1118, no such <br />facility shall be located closer than 200 feet from any residential <br />zoning district, all activities must be conducted completely indoors, <br />and further provided that noise must be effectively confined to any <br />such building so used. Such a facility may be no larger than 10,000 <br />square feet. <br />(4) Entertainment device arcades, provided, that, in addition to the <br />criteria, standards and conditions provided for in Chapter 1118, any <br />such facility also meets the following standards: <br />December 2016 Replacement <br />
