125 Offstreet Parking and Loading 1161.05 <br />(c) "Floor area" means the total area of all the floors shall be measured from the <br />exterior faces of the building, except that an area used for storage of <br />merchandise or housing of mechanical equipment may be excluded if approved <br />by the Building Official, or only the floor area occupied by the specific use if <br />so set forth in the schedule in Section 1161.05. <br />(d) "Seat" means the number of seating units installed or indicated, or each <br />twenty-four lineal inches of benches, pews, or space for loose chairs or similar <br />seating facilities; spacing of rows shall be assumed at thirty inches on center. <br />(e) "Employees" means the maximum number of employees on the two largest <br />successive shifts. (Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1161.05 SCHEDULE OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES. <br />Offstreet parking facilities shall be provided in accordance with the following <br />schedule. Where the computation results in a fractional space, one additional offstreet parking <br />space shall be provided. <br />A building occupied by one use shall provide the offstreet parking spaces as required <br />for the specific use.
