1161.14 PLANNING AND ZONING CODE 132 <br />1161.14 APPROVAL OF PLANS. <br />Detailed improvement plans for off street parking and loading facilities shall be <br />submitted for approval to the Building Official before an application for a building permit is <br />approved. Plans shall not be required for the development of one and two family dwellings. <br />The drawings shall show each space and the dimensions and descriptions of all features <br />enumerated in Sections 1161.08 to 1161.13. The Planning and Design Commission may <br />require structural or landscape features, such as walls, fences, shrubs, ground cover or hedges <br />to further the intent and purpose of the Zoning Code. The Commission and Council shall, <br />with the exception of one and two family dwellings, review and approve all plans for offstreet <br />parking and loading facilities. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1161.15 ACCESS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES. <br />All access roadways, drives, driveways, aisles and parking areas for commercial, <br />industrial and multifamily developments shall conform to the requirements for Fire Department <br />vehicle and apparatus access set forth in Chapter 1721 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />(Ord. 90-125.
