Conditional Use Requirements <br />3. Decision and Notice. Within ten (10) days of the conclusion of the hearing, the Clerk of <br />Council shall mail notice of the decision to the owner of the use or structure for which the <br />permit was issued and to any other person who has filed a written request for such <br />notice. <br />4. Effective Date. A decision to revoke a conditional use permit shall become final ten (10) <br />days after the date of the decision. <br />Section 1118.08 Specific Conditional Use Requirements <br />In addition to the general standards of approval in this chapter, specific conditional use <br />requirements for any use, as listed herein, shall also be met. All mechanical equipment visible from the street, an adjacent residential use or <br />residential zoning district shall be screened using architectural features consistent with <br />the principal structure. <br />2. Access and loading bays are discouraged from facing toward any street; provided, <br />where such bays do face any street, adjacent to any residential use or residential zoning <br />district, the doors shall be closed Iat all times, except during the movement of raw <br />materials, other supplies and finished products into and out of the building. <br />3. Outdoor storage shall not be allowed, including the use of portable storage units, cargo <br />containers and tractor trailers. <br />B. Restaurants, Drive -Through: <br />1. Sufficient vehicular stacking capacity for the drive-in or drive-through portion of the <br />operation shall be provided to ensure that traffic does not extend into the public right-of- <br />way. A minimum of eight (8) stacking spaces for each service ordering station shall be <br />provided. Stacking speces shall be located so as not to interfere with vehicular <br />circulation,. fire lanes, parking spaces and egress from the property by vehicles not using <br />the drive-in or drive-through portion of the facility. <br />minimum of three (3) parking spaces shall be provided in close proximity to the exit of <br />the_pick-pp window to allow for customers waiting for delivery of orders. <br />Public access to the site shall comply with the driveway spacing standards of Chapter <br />11961 but, in no case, be located closer than 125 feet to any intersection or other <br />driveway on the same side of the street, as measured from the nearest right-of-way line <br />to the nearest edge of the driveway or edge to edge from the nearest driveway. <br />4. Internal circulation and ingress/egress from the site shall not substantially impair the <br />movement of other modes of transportation, such as bicycles and pedestrians, to and <br />through the site. <br />5.
