Council Minutes of 6-6-2017 Resolution 2017-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into a license agreement with Northern View Villas, granting permission to install an identification sign in the public right of way on Brookpark Road in the vicinity of Columbia Road, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review as it was discussed in Caucus this evening and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2017-45 adopted 6-0. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Brossard made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Limpert. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert excused 6-0. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2017-40 and Resolution 2017-44. Councilman Schumann scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2017-43 and asked that the Director of Planning and Development attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations Committee meeting for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2017-41 and asked the Director of Law to attend. Councilman Rahm scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss liquor permits.
