Council Minutes of 8-1-2017 <br />• Discussed next was CMS 17-9006 T -Mobile located at 25151 Brookpark Road. <br />This is a proposal to put nine antennae on the roof of Westbury Apartments. The <br />committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council with Planning and Design <br />Commission recommendations which require removal of any existing abandoned <br />equipment on the roof. <br />Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve CMS 17-9006 T -Mobile. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Rahm and passed unanimously. CMS 17-9006 approved 7- <br />0. <br />Councilman Limpert asked for personal privilege to comment on the Law Director's <br />report. I am hoping also discussed were opportunities to mitigate around volunteerism. I <br />know I talked to you back in May regarding activities at the Senior Center and perhaps <br />other parts of the City and hope we look at that from a risk mitigation factor as well <br />regarding volunteers. <br />Director of Law Gareau responded it was not discussed, but he recalled the conversation. <br />Councilman Rahm Chairman of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee: <br />The Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee met on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at <br />7:23 p.m. Present were committee members Rahm, Williamson and Brossard; Council <br />members Hemann, Kearney, Limpert and Schumann; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Law <br />Gareau, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning and Development <br />Lieber, and guests. <br />• Discussed was Liquor Permit 1377909. This permit is a new permit. The applicant <br />is Chapati North Olmsted LLC., which is doing business as Inchins Bamboo <br />Garden, located at 5106 Great Northern Plaza South. There were no objections <br />from the Police Department. Councilman Rahm made a motion to not object to <br />Council. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and the motion <br />passed 2-0. <br />Councilman Rahm made a motion not to object to Liquor Permit 1377909 Chapati North <br />Olmsted LLC., doing business as Inchins Bamboo Garden. Councilwoman Williamson <br />seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Liquor Permit 1377909 Chapati North <br />Olmsted LLC., not objected to by a vote of 7-0. <br />• Discussed next was Liquor Permit 13489880045 CEC Entertainment Inc., doing <br />business as Chuck E Cheese located at 26104 Great Northern Shopping Center. <br />This permit is a stock transfer permit and there were no objections from the Police <br />Department. Councilman Rahm made a motion to not object to Council. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and the motion passed 2-0. <br />Councilman Rahm made a motion not to object to Liquor Permit 13489880045 CEC <br />Entertainment Inc., doing business as Chuck E Cheese.
