Council Minutes of 8-1-2017 • Discussed next was CMS 17-9006 T -Mobile located at 25151 Brookpark Road. This is a proposal to put nine antennae on the roof of Westbury Apartments. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council with Planning and Design Commission recommendations which require removal of any existing abandoned equipment on the roof. Councilman Schumann made a motion to approve CMS 17-9006 T -Mobile. The motion was seconded by Councilman Rahm and passed unanimously. CMS 17-9006 approved 7- 0. Councilman Limpert asked for personal privilege to comment on the Law Director's report. I am hoping also discussed were opportunities to mitigate around volunteerism. I know I talked to you back in May regarding activities at the Senior Center and perhaps other parts of the City and hope we look at that from a risk mitigation factor as well regarding volunteers. Director of Law Gareau responded it was not discussed, but he recalled the conversation. This permit is a new permit. The applicant is Chapati North Olmsted LLC., which is doing business as Inchins Bamboo Garden, located at 5106 Great Northern Plaza South. There were no objections from the Police Department. Councilman Rahm made a motion to not object to Council. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and the motion passed 2-0. Councilman Rahm made a motion not to object to Liquor Permit 1377909 Chapati North Olmsted LLC., doing business as Inchins Bamboo Garden. Councilwoman Williamson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Liquor Permit 1377909 Chapati North Olmsted LLC., not objected to by a vote of 7-0. • Discussed next was Liquor Permit 13489880045 CEC Entertainment Inc., doing business as Chuck E Cheese located at 26104 Great Northern Shopping Center. This permit is a stock transfer permit and there were no objections from the Police Department. Councilman Rahm made a motion to not object to Council. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and the motion passed 2-0. Councilman Rahm made a motion not to object to Liquor Permit 13489880045 CEC Entertainment Inc., doing business as Chuck E Cheese.
