Council Minutes of 11-8-2017 Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2017-78. The Director of Safety & Service is asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2017-79. The Director of Safety & Service is asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss an appointment to the Arts Commission. Council President Jones reminded Council there is a Public Hearing scheduled on November 21 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2017-76. Councilman Schumann scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for Tuesday, November 21 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2017-76. The Director of Planning & Development is asked to attend. Councilman Kearney made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. Councilman Brossard excused 5-0. Councilman Schumann made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Rahm. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman Rahm excused 5-0. Director of Law Gareau asked to have the record reflect that Mr. Rahm's work schedule required him to attend parent/teacher conferences tonight. The switch from Tuesday to Wednesday night caused a work conflict, otherwise he would have been here. Council President Jones announced that both Councilman Brossard and Rahm are both absent tonight because of their day job.
