(c) Whoever continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in <br />subsection (a) hereof except as otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />third degree for each violation. Each day during which any such violation continues <br />shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(d) In addition to the foregoing penalty, whoever violates any provision of this <br />chapter shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the <br />City by reason of such violation. <br />(e) Whoever violates Section 911.15 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third <br />degree. <br />(Ord. 94-61. Passed 4-19-94.) <br />915.09 MEASUREMENT OF SURCHARGE FLOW; WATER METERS. <br />(a) The volume of flow used for computing industrial waste surcharges shall be th <br />metered volume of sewage discharged from the user to the sewage disposal system per <br />billing period in 100 cubic feet times 0.00624 or the metered water consumption of the <br />person per billing period as shown in the records of meter readings maintained by the <br />City itself or through the Cleveland Water Department. <br />(b) If the person discharging industrial wastes into the public sewers procures any <br />part or all of his water from sources other than the City water system, all or part of <br />which is discharged into the public sewers, the person shall install and maintain at his <br />expense water meters of a type approved by the Service Director for the purpose of <br />determining the volume of water obtained from those other sources and discharged into <br />the public sewers. <br />(Ord. 84-91.
