Council Minutes of 1-2-2018 Councilman Kearney made a motion to adopt the Rules of Council. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. The Rules of Council adopted 7-0. • Discussed next was recommendations to Council Committees. The committees were filled as follows: Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee: Chair: Kearney; Vice Chair: Hemann; Member: Brossard. Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee: Chair: Brossard; Vice Chair: Williamson; Member: Limpert. Building, Zoning & Development Committee: Chair: Williamson; Vice Chair: Limpert; Member: Schumann. Finance Committee: Chair: Schumann; Vice Chair; Brossard; Member: Kearney. Streets and Transportation Committee: Chair: Limpert; Vice Chair: Kearney; Member: Glassburn. Environmental Control Committee: Chair: Hemann; Vice Chair: Glassburn; Member: Williamson. Intra - Governmental Relations Committee: Chair: Glassburn; Vice Chair: Schumann; Member: Hemann. Councilman Kearney moved to adopt the recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for Council Committee Appointments. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Council Committees adopted as stated 7-0. • Discussed next was the President Pro -Tem for 2018. Councilman Kearney made a motion to nominate Councilwoman Hemann. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and it passed 7-0. Councilman Brossard moved to appoint Councilwoman Hemann President Pro -Tem for 2018. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Hemann appointed President Pro -Tem by a vote of 7-0. • Discussed last was the reappointments of the Mayor's Directors. The Mayor requested Marie Gallo be reappointed to Director of Human Resources, Kimberly Lieber be reappointed to Director of Planning & Development and Donald Glauner be reappointed to Director of Public Safety & Service. A motion was made by Councilman Kearney. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed 7-0. Councilman Kearney made a motion to reappoint Marie Gallo to Director of Human Resources, Kimberly Lieber to Director of Planning & Development and Donald Glauner to Director of Public Safety & Service. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann. Ms. Gallo, Ms. Lieber and Mr. Glauner reappointed by a vote of 7-0.
