FEES ANIS SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS For services rendered under this agreement, the Architect shall be entitled to the following: Basic Services: Schedule of Fees Plan Review General and Mechanical Base Processing Fee Electrical/Fire Alarm/Detector Systems Sprinkler/Fire Suppression/Exhaust Hood $200.00 $200.00 $200.00 Plan Review Fee per 100 sf of gross building area. $3.25 first 10,000 s.f. $1.90 over 10,000 s.f. $1.80 first 10,000 s.f. $1.10 over 10,000 s.f. $2.60 first 10,000 s.f. $1.70 over 10,000 s.f. Plans which are submitted for phased approval shall be subject to a base processing fee for each phase submitted plus one plan review fee for the entire project. Plans from more than one discipline which are submitted at the same time for the same project shall be subject to only one base processing fee. Revision/resubmittal when drawings cannot be approved as required by OBC 105.1. Additional services: Principal Architect's Time Architect's Staff Time Architect's Consultants, person(s), corporation(s) Reimbursable expenses Mileage one half of original fee with a minimum of $100.00 $130.00 per hour Current office rate 1.25 x cost to Architect 1.10 x cost to Architect Allowable IRS rate Payment shall be made periodically upon billing by the Architect, and shall be promptly paid by the City. CONTRACT TERMINATION This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. The Architect shall be compensated for all services provided up to the time of termination, unless otherwise specifically set forth herein. All outstanding amounts due the Architect for services rendered shall become due and payable at the time of termination. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no other agreement, statement or promises relating to the subject matter of this agreement that is not contained herein shall be valid or binding.
