Rev 5/9/18 violations of this Building Code charged on the records to the holder of such suspended or revoked certificate or collect from the applicant, as a penalty for violation, the reasonable costs of correcting such violations, together with interest from the date of violation; and (3) In addition to penalties upon the subcontractor in violation, any general contractor in violation of Section 1317.09(b), shall be fined twice the annual certification fee for each violation, and, match the fine levied upon the subcontractor, whether or not said subcontractor pays said fine. (b) In addition to any other civil or criminal penalties, any person whose certificate has been suspended or revoked pursuant to Section 1317.06 shall be subject to the following penalties: (1) No building permits may be issued during such suspension or revocation period and, upon application for reinstatement and payment of the fees attendant thereto, a monetary penalty shall be imposed in an amount equal to twice the annual renewal fees that would otherwise have been paid from the date of the suspension; and (2) The Building Commissioner shall order compliance with any and all violations of this Building Code charged on the records to the holder of such suspended or revoked certificate or collect from the applicant: as a penalty for violation, the reasonable costs of correcting such violations, together with interest from the date of violation.
