The personal days shall be
scheduled by mutual agreement between the employee and his/her supervisor.
16.03 If an employee does not use sick leave for any calendar half (i.e., January — June or July —
December) he/she shall receive 10 hours off for each calendar half.
Such bonus days may be taken at a time mutually agreeable to the Employer and the
employee. In order to be entitled to receive pay for time
off on a flexed holiday, the employee must comply with paragraph 16.03, above, and work the
last regular work day before and the first regular work day after the day that is taken off.
ARTICLE 17 CALL-IN PAY
17.01 If an employee does not receive prior notification of call-in during his/her previous shift,
he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay, providing the time
does not abut the employee's regular work day.
15
