Council Minutes of 6-19-2018 <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2018-56 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2018-57 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to establish new Chapter 904, entitled "Small Cell Facilities and Wireless <br />Support Structures Within the Right -Of -Way", in order to regulate small cell <br />technologies, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the <br />rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in committee and is time sensitive. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed 6-1. Councilman Glassburn <br />voted no. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2018-57 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2018-58 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees <br />("AFSCME"), Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 for the city's Clerical/Tech Unit Employees, <br />for the period July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020 and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was <br />discussed in committee and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />2018-58 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2018-59 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative personnel in <br />the Divisions of Building and Engineering for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020; and <br />otherwise restate the compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was <br />discussed in committee and is time sensitive. Ordinance <br />2018-59 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2018-60 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the Request for Qualifications (R.F.Q.) Process required to <br />obtain the services of a Municipal Financial Advisor and authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a contract with MAS Financial Advisory Services, LLC to provide municipal <br />advisory services for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was <br />discussed in committee and is time sensitive.
