MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JULY 10, 2018 <br />Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Brossard, Hemann, Kearney, <br />Limpert, Schumann & Williamson <br />Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety <br />& Service Glauner, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Planning & <br />Development Lieber, and Clerk of Council Massarolo <br />Absent: Councilman Glassburn, Mayor Kennedy <br />Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules <br />this evening: Second Reading — Resolution 2018-71. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Law Gareau: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Finance Copfer: <br />• No report. <br />Councilman Schumann Chairman of the Finance Committee: <br />The Finance Committee met on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 7:56 p.m. Present were <br />committee members Schumann, Brossard and Kearney; Council members Glassburn, <br />Hemann and Limpert; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human <br />Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & <br />Development Lieber and guests. <br />• Discussed was Resolution 2018-71. A Resolution determining to submit to the <br />electors of the City the question of issuing bonds for the purpose of improving the <br />City's park and recreational facilities by constructing, renovating, remodeling, <br />adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings, facilities and <br />playing fields in the Recreation Center Complex and North Olmsted Community <br />Park and improving existing facilities at Barton and Bradley Park and facilities on <br />other City properties for recreational purposes, in each case providing supporting <br />
