MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JULY 10, 2018 Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Brossard, Hemann, Kearney, Limpert, Schumann & Williamson Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Planning & Development Lieber, and Clerk of Council Massarolo Absent: Councilman Glassburn, Mayor Kennedy Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules this evening: Second Reading — Resolution 2018-71. REPORTS Mayor Kennedy: • No Report. Councilman Schumann Chairman of the Finance Committee: The Finance Committee met on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 7:56 p.m. Present were committee members Schumann, Brossard and Kearney; Council members Glassburn, Hemann and Limpert; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development Lieber and guests. • Discussed was Resolution 2018-71. A Resolution determining to submit to the electors of the City the question of issuing bonds for the purpose of improving the City's park and recreational facilities by constructing, renovating, remodeling, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings, facilities and playing fields in the Recreation Center Complex and North Olmsted Community Park and improving existing facilities at Barton and Bradley Park and facilities on other City properties for recreational purposes, in each case providing supporting
